Domestic Shipping (North America)
Shipping is from Monday-Thursday. All orders will be completed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery date may change due to weather conditions and if items were purchased on day of a sale.
Orders will be sent to the buyer's address unless otherwise specified. Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email or phone number, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items, if package was not received based on certain circumstances, we will re-ship the items. Please refer to the Mail carrier with your tracking information for more assistant on locating your product(s).
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail, and you will be supplied with a tracking number.
Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items are packaged in padded envelopes.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly when you placed the order. If your order was sent back to us because of an incorrect address, there is a Re-ship Label available on our website for purchase to have the item resent. If you refuse the package, a refund minus the original shipping fee will be applied to your original method of payment.
