• ROSEMARY OIL - combat certain types of hair loss, including male pattern baldness and patchy hair loss.
• PEPPERMINT OIL – high quality hair care products because it can naturally thicken and nourish damaged strands. It can be used as a natural treatment for thinning hair
• SUNFLOWER SEED OIL - helps hydrate, nourish, and even thicken your locks. It has antioxidant effects, which work to reduce environmental damage to your hair. It also promotes circulation to the scalp, adds moisture and gives your hair a healthier, fresher look.
• VITAMIN E - Hair can look dull and frizzy when it’s damaged. When the protective fat layer on the outside of the hair’s cuticle is removed, it loses its shine and becomes difficult to manage. A vitamin E-rich oil can help replace that protective layer and bring back shine. Oil in general also helps seal out moisture, reduce breakage, and product the hair from damage.

Domestic Shipping (North America)

Shipping is from Monday-Thursday. All orders will be completed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery date may change due to weather conditions and if items were purchased on day of a sale.

Orders will be sent to the buyer's address unless otherwise specified. Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email or phone number, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items, if package was not received based on certain circumstances, we will re-ship the items. Please refer to the Mail carrier with your tracking information for more assistant on locating your product(s).

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail, and you will be supplied with a tracking number.

Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items are packaged in padded envelopes.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly when you placed the order. If your order was sent back to us because of an incorrect address, there is a Re-ship Label available on our website for purchase to have the item resent. If you refuse the package, a refund minus the original shipping fee will be applied to your original method of payment. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need proof of purchase or receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the issue. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders and bulk orders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or purchases made with redeemable points.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your method of payment.
